A trading copilot
with its hands tied.
Cook Trading is a DotCross product. An expert trader transmits a strategy — speaking, writing, or marking up the chart — and the copilot turns it into an executable artifact, proves it against real history, and operates it on paper. You start by reviewing every step and end up only supervising.
The three rules
No AI runs your strategy.
The model proposes, explains, drafts and translates. It never places an order. An approved strategy is deployed as a deterministic Flow whose runtime evaluates every bar without consulting any model — so what runs is the file you approved: auditable, reproducible, incapable of hallucinating.
Nothing runs until it is proven.
A strategy without a reproducible backtest cannot be armed, not even on paper. Every figure is after fees, funding and the price you would really have got, and the losing months stay in the chart.
Cook never holds your money.
There is no account here and no custody. Cook places no orders — every trade is placed by you, on your own account, after you confirm it. If live trading ever opens, the keys belong to you and stay on your machine.
What we will not do
DotCross
DotCross builds Cook, an AI agent that runs on your own machine and operates software on your behalf rather than only talking about it. Cook Trading is the trading surface of that agent: the same copilot, the same automation engine, pointed at a chart.
We are pre-launch and small. If you are considering a founding seat you will meet the person building it on the call, which is the whole offer.
